TERMS OF SERVICE

Trusted SMS provides business text messaging within Close CRM. Users must obtain proper consent from message recipients and comply with all applicable laws and carrier rules (including TCPA/CTIA in the U.S. and equivalent international regulations). Prohibited content includes spam, unlawful content, harassment, and high-risk or deceptive messaging. We may suspend or terminate service for violations or carrier enforcement. Delivery is not guaranteed and may depend on carrier networks. Service is provided “as is” without warranties and our liability is limited to the maximum extent permitted by law.
